SHAPEshifter - Specifications

The CLEANtricity SHAPEshifter is a vertical-axis small-scale wind turbine, has 3 six-foot-long airfoil blades that hang from six-foot-long arms, which creates a turbine diameter of 12 feet.

This turbine is then installed on top of a tower with a height of 60-80 feet, which presents the turbine with a clean airstream. As the wind speed increases and the turbine's rotation accelerates, the blades naturally change position due to the SHAPEshifter's instantaneous self-adjustment capabilities.
